The Presbyterian church in Portland was a significant part of my early years. In later years I studied meditation under the guidance of Sri Chinmoy. The teachings of the Buddha have also interested me. We are all guided to whatever philosophy or belief is right for us. Ultimately, the real teacher is the Good within all of us. After teaching meditation in Melbourne at Council of Adult Education (CAE) for many years, I now enjoy facilitating meditation groups as a community service on the Bellarine Peninsula.
